| Posted Date : 3-22-07 My husband and I found a dog running in the street yesterday and picked him up. We are keeping him at home with us before we take him to animal services in hopes someone will claim him. Here is what we know about him:
Adult Male Dog
Appears to be a shepherd or collie mix, but not sure.
Long hair.
Black with white markings on his chest, paws and tail
Black nylon collar with a ring that looks like it once held an ID tag
Well-mannered, answers to commands and loves to play fetch.
He is unfixed.
He was found 3/19/07 between NE 45th Ave. and NE 60th Ave. on NE Portland Hwy.

| Posted Date : 8-4-06 We found this young male black lab mix wandering our neighborhood today (8/3). He was found at the corner of N. Delaware Ave and Ainsworth in North Portland.
He seems well taken care of, has a collar mark, knows commands, is well-behaved, and is sad to be lost from his family. Please post his picture in hopes that someone will recognize him!

found this pit bull (mix?) on May 29th at 4:30am in the middle of SE Division around 82nd Ave. She was and still is very scared. Please call if you have any information about who she belongs to. I will keep her until tomorrow, when the humane society reopens. 971-506-3457

| Posted Date : 5-25-06 Found in Salem, Oregon, Cordon Rd area. Small black adult male dog about 3 pounds. Huge ears. Groomed and trained. Because of the care obviously spent on this dog, he may be stolen or lost, but it's unlikely he was abandoned. He is an escape artist though. He has been trimmed for the summer, would normally have a long silky coat, possibly Pappilion. Happy personality. Finders worried someone is breaking their heart over this little sweetie. | Posted Date : 1-16-06 my husband and i found this little girl chihuahua tonight in portland. actually, she was crossing northeast 33rd about two blocks north of northeast broadway tonight around 7pm. the driver who nearly hit her followed her as she ran onto our neighbor's porch. we'll also contact multnomah county animal control and the humane society about her in the morning, but feel free to contact us if you've lost her! she's shivering and little scared but otherwise seemingly okay.

| Posted Date : 1-1-06 We found this dog in our yard this morning, 1/1/06. David Douglas/ Adventist Hospital area near 113th and Market Street in SE Portland, OR.
A male Siberian Husky/Shepherd? mix. Looks to be 7-9 years old. Responds well to verbal commands. No collar or tag. Black with a white face mask, white front paws and white underbelly. We'd love to find his owner. This dog has clearly been well cared for and loved.

forgot to say that this dog is just fine, no injuries, eating well. I took him for a walk around the neighborhood to see if just maybe he knew his way home. I had to keep up a good clip to stay with him. Unfortunately, no luck.
