Joe,
I was at the Crown Point basketball courts in Pacific Beach and this Brown
male dog with dark muzzle and a red collar with some sort of electric device on it, walked
up very friendly yet equally confused. We (the dog and I) went looking about a half mile in
each direction and met a family who said they saw the dog walking around about 1:30pm. They
were all leaving and it was pretty dark out so he walked with me to my car and jumped in.
Now he is tied up outside. Eating the cats food! Its all good. Really sweet dog someone
must miss him.
