UPDATE : 9-22-06 THIS DOG IS HOME. POSTED DATE 9-19-06 Location found near Valero PacNSac at 150W and 2770 in Kyle Tx .This is near Plum Creek subdivision.
This dog was wandering alone heading north toward the Electric company office. He does not appear to be a stray as is in good health is wearing a choke collar . nails are trimmed. feet do not appear worn down so i think this dog may have recently escaped a yard or even darted out a front door. he does seem to have some basic training and seems well mannered. I think this is an indoor dog. He get along okay with my dog but does not seem to get along with cats.This dog is about 50# mostly Tan with some black on the back and tail.and ist a lighter color maybe white on the underside.has the appearance of german shepard mixbreed . the shape of his head reminds me somewhat of my moms pitbull. Im not certain but he may be neutered.. he is very energetic and enjoys running and pouncing.he enjoys chasing tennis balls and will carry one around and play with it alone. he is not too old im guessing about 2yrs old but i dont know .he appears to be crate trained as he enters the crate and waits patiently to be released. He doesnt cry , whine or bark much. I havent taken him to the local shelter to be scanned for any imbedded chip,i will on monday when they are open.. no tatoos that i can find.He seems highly intellegent and stands by the front door asking to be let out. I dont want him on the street to get hit by a car. I am sure this dog is being really missed by whoever lost him.
